Damaged or Mislabelled Items 📦
At Focus&Flow, we want you to love your purchase. If your candle arrives damaged or if there is a printing error, please contact us at[dooooojh2020@gmail.com] within 30 days of receiving the product. Please include a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Returns & Exchanges 🕯️
Because our products are made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong scent/size.
Lost Packages 🚚
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue for you.
